Write an apology
An apology is a formal justification or defense of a position.
It's definitely not the greatest film ever, it's not meant to be, but it's wonderfully sweet and most certainly a classic on my list.
It's one of the greatest movies in the history of the art. Seeing Jimmy Stewart or Donna Reed in my head gives me the warm fuzzies.
It was a fairly sweet film but come on, does it really deserve to be a "classic?"
There's something about the way Jimmy Stewart talks that makes me want to punch him in the mouth as hard as I can, and then tell him what a fantastic, pioneering talent he was for his time. Am I passive/agressive? You bet -- and this movie still gives me the warm fuzzies it was aiming for everytime. I'm a sucker for this shit and I think it's spot on.
It's a beautiful movie is what it is!
It makes me cry happy tears.
Definitely a classic, but I think that too many people put it at the top of the list when talking about the best movie of all time. I just don't think it's in the same league.
