An apology is a formal justification or defense of a position.
It's hard to live up to so much hype as the new indie-station darling. There are some great songs on this album, but overall it's not very deep. They may have overdone the Motown thing just a bit. That said, it'll be interesting to see what her next album sounds like.
Amy Winehouse has barely arrived, and yet, she's become a STAPLE of my music library. I absolutely love her voice and believe that she is horrendously underrated.
